Property Manager Position

Equity Real Estate, locally owned and operated for over 45 years, specializes in Commercial Sales and Leasing, the Management of Residential and Commercial Property and the Sales and Management of Investment Properties.

Equity Real Estate is seeking a self-starting, motivated Real Estate Agent to manage a portfolio of investment properties in the Greater Pittsburgh area. This is a salaried position with unlimited opportunities for commissions in sales and leasing.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Budget management
• Tenant communications
• Owner communications
• Supervising repairs and regular maintenance
• Approving payments for repairs
• Administrating the Lease Agreements
• Conducting routine inspections of the properties
• Participate in “On Call” schedule
• Attending Weekly staff meetings

Candidate Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Enhanced negotiation abilities
• Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• PA Real Estate License is preferred
